1. Free Listing - 0% Commission

BharatSetu allows free product listing. We do not charge commission on sales. You can post cars, bikes, mobiles, properties, jobs, electronics, furniture, pets, services. Your ad goes live in 2 minutes after verification.

2. User Account & Tickets

• You must provide correct name, email, phone (mobile stored in tickets.phone column as per your phpMyAdmin).
• One person one account. Fake accounts will be deleted.
• Tickets: When you create ticket via /contact.php, we store id, user_id, name, email, phone, subject, category, priority, message, status (Open/Closed). You can view at /my-tickets.php with Open & Closed tabs.
• You are responsible for keeping login safe. Do not share OTP.

3. What You Can Post

Allowed: Used cars, bikes, mobiles, laptops, property sale/rent, jobs, furniture, pets (legal), services.

NOT Allowed:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods
• Fake ads, duplicate ads, spam
• Adult content, escort services
• Jobs asking for money
• Property without ownership proof

Violation = ad deleted + account blocked. Database: products, users, tickets tables monitored.

4. Buyer-Seller Chat & Safety

• Use in-site chat (chat.php, bs_olx_conversations). Do not share bank OTP.
• Meet in public place. BharatSetu is not responsible for fraud between users.
• We show phone number only after user consent. Call button in my-tickets.php for support only.

5. Support Tickets - Open & Closed

Your tickets have 2 statuses:

Abuse in tickets (fake domain issues like "server not connected to domain" spam) will be marked Closed.

6. Content Ownership

Your ad photos/content remain yours, but you give BharatSetu license to show on bharatsetu.online, search results, Google, social media for promotion. We may use trending searches like "OLX alternative" for SEO footer.

7. Limitation of Liability

BharatSetu is a platform only (like OLX). We do not guarantee sale, do not handle payment, delivery. Transactions are between buyer & seller. We are not liable for loss, damage, fraud.

8. Account Termination

We can delete account if: spam, fake tickets, abuse, illegal content, multiple fake phone numbers like 09818202750 repeated.

9. Changes

Terms may update. Check this page. Continued use = acceptance.
